About RDB Estates

We are a newly established Managing Agent local to your area; we are a small family run company based in Sheffield with over 20 years’ experience. The Directors are qualified Building Surveyors with a vast knowledge of the construction industry and the built Environment.

Our Directors have combined experience having been employed either by local government “Sheffield Homes” for over 20 years or, with a local Managing Agent working closely with the principles dealing with block management.

Our Company can provide effective management to your scheme and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, together with Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act and Landlord & Tenant Act.

RDB Estates also offer day to day management, insurance claims, attendance at Annual General Meetings and Directors Meetings, if required. In addition, we can provide plans using Computer Aided Design and provide Project Management and preparation of Schedules of Works to place large scale works programmes to competitive tender.

Richard Britton

Richard is a former employee of The McDonald Partnership gaining qualifications in Construction and the Built Environment and Bachelor of science in Construction and National education of Safety and Health, Richard Deals with Leasehold and Commonhold enquires preparing budgets and maintenance Plans.

David Britton

David has a degree with Honours in Building Surveying, specializing in the design and customer care and delivery service. David started his career with the Sheffield City Council covering a multitude of roles finishing as a team leader supervising a team of surveyors. In 2007 I became a lecturer at Sheffield College delivering sessions up to HND in both construction and Civil Engineering.

David is fully conversant with Auto CAD and the planning and building regulations systems.
